School holidays are just around the corner, and so are our engaging group programs! Designed and run by Occupational Therapists, these groups are well thought out and provide kiddos with opportunities to build confidence, develop new skills, and connect with peers while having fun!

Join us for a fun and engaging school holiday group designed to help children explore emotions, build confidence, and develop important everyday skills in a supportive environment.
Through games, movement activities, hands-on tasks, and interactive play, children will learn strategies to support emotional regulation, strengthen early writing skills, develop independence with dressing and using utensils, and build positive friendships with their peers.
Emotion Explorers provides a welcoming space where children can learn, connect, and grow while having fun during the school holidays.

Friends in Action is an engaging school holiday group designed to help children build confidence, strengthen social connections, and develop practical strategies for everyday situations.
Through interactive games, group challenges, role-play activities, and guided discussions, children will explore emotional regulation strategies, learn how to navigate a variety of social scenarios, and build skills to support confidence and manage feelings of anxiety.
This supportive and fun environment encourages children to connect with others, practise new skills, and develop greater confidence in themselves and their interactions with peers.

Get ready to move, learn, and have fun in this action-packed school holiday group! This group combines movement-based activities with a boxing focus to support the development of important motor, sensory, and coordination skills.
Through engaging games, boxing-inspired activities, and interactive challenges, children will strengthen hand-eye coordination, develop functional hand grasp patterns, improve spatial awareness, and explore sensory integration strategies in a supportive and energetic environment.
This group is perfect for children who enjoy movement and hands-on learning while building confidence, body awareness, and skills that support everyday participation at home, school, and in the community.
