Our graduate program has been designed with clear intention and is highly focused on supporting YOU and our families. We aim to reward families by empowering you!

Our carefully thought out program will develop your understanding of Occupational Therapy in Paediatrics in a concrete way. It will help you to develop the foundational skills for writing reports, NDIS and all things paediatrics. You will develop the skills to clinically assess participants and implement effective therapy.

• What We Offer New Grads:

  • Mentoring and supervision that is consistent - you will have a supervising OT that will work closely with you throughout your program.

  • Your caseload will ramp-up and most importantly you will be able to debrief each session with your supervising OT.

  • You will be able to plan sessions with your supervising OT until you feel comfortable to do it independently.

  • You will develop an understanding on how to run case meetings, write reports and progress notes - we walk you through it.

  • We will teach you all things paediatrics - lets face it there's a lot to learn - we will help you to grow your professional OT skills

  • We have resources and systems in place that will make planning sessions easy and smooth.

  • Each and every person that joins our team is valued, considered and supported - this is very important to us!

  • You can enjoy a case load that is diverse at schools, daycares and/or clinic.

  • And admin - we take care of that.

  • WWCC (Paid) and Police Check
