Ongoing Group Programs

Our group programs are designed as ongoing sessions to support each child’s progress, confidence, and development over time. These are not one-off programs—children benefit from consistent opportunities to practise skills, build relationships, and develop at their own pace within a supportive, structured, and engaging environment.

Groups run weekly or fortnightly, allowing flexibility while still maintaining consistency for skill development and carryover into everyday life.

What Sets Our Retreats Apart

01 / Tiny Skills, Big Futures

Fine Motor | School Readiness | Emotional Regulation

A nurturing, play-based group designed to support young children in building the foundational skills needed for school and everyday independence.

Children are supported to develop:

  • Fine motor skills – pencil grasp, cutting, hand strength, early drawing

  • School readiness – following instructions, transitioning between tasks, early independence

  • Emotional regulation – recognising emotions, coping strategies, managing transitions

Sessions are structured yet flexible, allowing children to feel safe, supported, and confident while learning through play and routine.

When:

  • Thursdays at 10:00am (45 minutes)

  • Thursdays at 11:15am (30 minutes)

02 / Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

03 / Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
